everything normal, need late check out but hotel manager denied for check out. so I book other hotel

Hotel infrastructure is very poor, room condition is very poor . Also they are giving lower grade room to customer booked and good quality room is given to walking customer. Linen is very old and dirty. Also wardrobe is in very bad sape. Staff are not cooperative with customer. Main benefits of this Hotel is near to Baba mandir and on road in main market. Some area of Hotel is still under construction. Average Hotel with Budget Travellers.

Yashoda international at Deoghar, I, by mistake booked rooms , but later when I found the mistake, tried to cancel the booking but no refund. So, now and onwards, if I booked room, I will see wherein free cancellation is available, if free cancellation is available then I will proceed otherwise never or ever. Later I booked rooms in Tarapith for performing Puja of Maa Tara, I already rated of hotel and their services.

Terrible experience informal behaviour, Don't even given towels when asked they told "dhulne gya haii shaam ko milega" pathetic staffs,Cleanliness Zero.. Waste of money...

The location was good and food was also good and the amenities and services were awesome and behaviour of staff was also good
